After reading a bunch of informative and well-written blogs by what have to be some great coaches, I decided to venture into writing my own blog for a couple of reasons. Writing has always been a very self-reflective activity for me and rehashing topics I understand or ones I am continuing to learn only furthers my knowledge on the subject.
At the end of this voyage I hope I can communicate a little bit of what I have learned over the years while adding some insight from readers and coaches from all over.
